You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated “scraping”; (ii) using any automated system, including without limitation “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” etc., to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the Secretblock.io servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time by using a conventional online web browser (except that Secretblock.io grants the operators of public search engines revocable permission to use spiders to copy materials from the site for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials); (iii) transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email; (iv) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service; (v) taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (vi) uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Service; (vii) collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Service; (viii) using the Service for any commercial solicitation purposes; (ix) impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding or attempting to hide your identity; (x) interfering with the proper working of the Service; (xi) accessing any content on the Service through any technology or means other than those provided or authorized by the Service; or (xii) bypassing the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Service, including without limitation features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on use of the Service or the content therein.7. Termination

Governing Law

You shall assume all risks related to the use of Secretblock.io Services and transactions of digital assets. Secretblock.io shall not be liable for any such risks or adverse outcomes.14. Prohibited Countries
14.1. You must ensure that you are not a resident of prohibited countries. Secretblock.io does not provide Services to, nor do we accept registrations from, users in the following countries: North Korea, Cuba, Sudan, Syria, Iran, and any other jurisdictions where our services are restricted by law. If you are determined to have given false representations of your location, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately.15. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC)
15.1. Secretblock.io complies with all applicable AML and KYC regulations. We do not support money laundering and reserve the right to suspend or ban any accounts or wallet addresses involved in suspicious activities.15.2. Users must provide complete and accurate identity information and undergo verification processes as required by our AML and KYC policies. Failure to provide accurate information may result in the suspension or termination of your account.16. User Eligibility
16.1. By registering for an account or using our services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and have not been previously suspended or removed from using Secretblock.io Services.16.2. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and counter-terrorist financing laws.17. Account Security Management
17.1. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and are responsible for all activities conducted under their account. Secretblock.io will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your login credentials.18. Fees
18.1. Secretblock.io reserves the right to set and adjust service fees. Unless otherwise stated, you agree that Secretblock.io has the right to deduct service charges directly from your account.19. No Professional Advice
19.1. Secretblock.io is not your broker, intermediary, agent, or advisor and has no fiduciary relationship or obligation to you in connection with any trades or other decisions or activities effected by you using Secretblock.io Services. No communication or information provided to you by Secretblock.io is intended as, or shall be considered or construed as, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice.20. Miscellaneous
20.1. Independent Parties: Secretblock.io is an independent contractor but not an agent of you in the performance of this Agreement. This Agreement shall not be interpreted as facts or evidence of an association, joint venture, partnership, or franchise between the parties.20.2. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of Secretblock.io Services and will supersede all prior written or oral agreements between the parties. No usage of trade or other regular practice or method of dealing between the parties will be used to modify, interpret, supplement, or alter the terms herein.20.3. Severability: If any portion of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or enforceability will not affect the other provisions of this Agreement, which will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable portion will be given effect to the greatest extent possible.20.4. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any right to use Secretblock.io Services or any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without prior written consent from Secretblock.io. Secretblock.io may assign or transfer any or all of its rights or obligations under this Agreement, in whole or in part, without notice or obtaining your consent or approval.20.5. Waiver: The failure of one party to require performance of any provision will not affect that party’s right to require performance at any time thereafter. At the same time, the waiver of one party to seek recovery for the other party’s violation of this Agreement or any provision of applicable terms shall not constitute a waiver by that party of any subsequent breach or violation by the other party or of the provision itself.20.6.
